Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to ensure excellent customer service and manage various store tasks efficiently. As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to operating tills, you’ll keep moving, help the business thrive, and stay engaged. You’ll take pride in keeping the store clean, tidy, and organized, working closely with your retail colleagues to ensure every customer receives excellent service.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, including an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a benefits package supporting your well-being and outside life.
