Summary

Neway are looking for a Customer Services Agent to join our client based with Carmarthenshire County Council

  • Location: Hybrid (Carmarthen or Llanelli office + home working)
  • Contract: 03/11/2025 - 31/01/2026 (likely to be extended)
  • Hours: 37 per week | Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00
  • Rate: £12.84 PAYE | £16.61 Umbrella

As a Customer Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for residents – helping them access council services, book appointments, complete online forms, and get the advice they need.
