A prominent NHS Trust in Chester is offering an exciting opportunity for a radiographer to join their dynamic CT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires expertise in CT imaging within an acute NHS trust. Responsibilities include producing high-quality CT images, managing staff, and ensuring excellent patient care standards. The ideal candidate must have a BSc/DCR in Radiography, be registered with the HCPC, and be available to work across multiple sites including weekends. Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and friendly CT team at The Countess of Chester Hospital on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave.
We currently have 4 Canon CT scanners, 3 at the Countess and 1 at our community diagnostic hub in Ellesmere Port Hospital. We have a well-established cardiac CT service and have strong links with the cardiology, stroke and trauma teams. The Countess of Chester hospital is a trauma unit and the regional vascular centre.
Experience in CT in an acute NHS trust is essential for this role. There is a requirement to work weekends and participate in the out of hour’s service. You will also be required to work across both sites at the Countess of Chester and Ellesmere Port Hospitals.
A BSc/DCR in radiography is essential and you must be registered with the HCPC.
