We’re hiring a CRM Manager to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing for a fast-growing subscription coffee & matcha brand - fully remote, UK-based.

This brand is on a mission to make premium coffee and matcha accessible and exciting for everyday consumers. Already a hit with subscription customers across the UK, they’re now scaling rapidly and looking for someone to lead CRM, retention, and lifecycle strategies at this pivotal stage. You’ll be part of a small, agile team that blends product, marketing, and customer experience, helping to shape how the brand grows and retains subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle, from first purchase to loyal subscriber
  • Rebuild and optimise subscription flows and automated journeys in Klaviyo
  • Launch weekly campaigns that educate, convert, and retain subscribers
  • Analyse churn, engagement, and subscriber trends to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across Growth, Product, Creative, and CX to embed retention thinking across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to brand storytelling and customer experience initiatives
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Established Klaviyo user - hands‑on experience required
  • Experience in D2C scale‑ups, ideally subscription consumables (coffee, tea, supplements, FMCG)
  • Data‑driven, proactive, and thrives on ownership and experimentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where your work directly impacts growth
