A global investment manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and institutional asset management to join a multi-year CRM transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Salesforce empowers Distribution, Marketing, Servicing, and Finance teams through enhanced functionality and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across business units (Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Finance) to optimise CRM capabilities and processes.
  • Develop robust client and product data models within Salesforce for global scalability.
  • Produce high-quality business change documentation and manage requirements using JIRA.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and drive consensus.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Data, Engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience as a CRM/Salesforce Business Analyst gained within an institutional asset management.
  • Strong understanding of client/product data models; familiarity with tools like Data Cloud or Tableau is a plus.
