Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• CLO exposure strongly preferred.
• Understands how trades flow through financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly NAV and shadow NAV production processes.
• Execute and monitor payments, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the onboarding of new borrowers and deals.
• Help document key workflows and drive operational improvements.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of trustee reports.
• Oversee and track loan closing processes.

Skills

Hands-on, highly motivated approach

2+ years’ experience in middle office

Background in structured credit

Proficient with loan portfolio management systems

Advanced Excel skills

Highly detail-oriented and organized
