Overview

This may be a small legal practice but it more than packs a punch in terms of work. Business is booming and as such they have an immediate opportunity to join their team. Responsibilities

• Running a caseload of credit hire claims from instruction to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Reviewing evidence, witness statements, and expert reports
• Liaising with clients, insurers, counsel, and other stakeholders
• Assisting solicitors with case preparation for hearings and trials
• Ensuring all case management tasks are handled efficiently and in line with court deadlines

Qualifications

• Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 year\'s previous experience in credit hire, RTA, or civil litigation, have strong drafting and analytical skills and be a confident communicator.
