Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Tamworth based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a dynamic growing team and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of B2B accounts. This is an office based position.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Conducting credit control via phone and email
• Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships
• Conducting credit checks
• Releasing orders for customers
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Negotiating payment plans
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Query resolution
