Learning Support Mentor – Harlow

Are you a natural coach, mentor, or motivator? Have you worked in sports coaching, summer camps, tutoring, or the creative arts and loved helping others grow?

We’re looking for a Learning Support Mentor to work in schools in Harlow. This role is all about inspiring students, boosting confidence, and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to develop learning and life skills
  • Encouraging resilience, teamwork, and confidence – much like you would on the pitch, in the studio, or at camp
  • Helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
