Our design and build client in central London is seeking a creative lead to work on a variety of commercial and mixed-use projects. This role requires confidence in leading and developing pitches, including concept design, development, and client presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and shape concept design for diverse commercial projects, inspiring and engaging clients.
  • Create compelling design narratives using materials, mood boards, and spatial planning.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed design packages in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Design Cat A, Cat B, and Cat A+ workplace environments, guiding clients through possibilities and decisions.
  • Maintain an open, collaborative process, testing ideas and exploring new approaches.
  • Participate in workshops, client meetings, and reviews, balancing creativity with practicality and budget considerations.
