Simply Education consistently needs a Cover Supervisor in the Wellingborough area. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising students in the absence of their teacher and supporting their learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervising students in the absence of their teacher and supporting their learning and development.
• Responding to daily, short-term, and long-term bookings within secondary schools in the Wellingborough area.
• Delivering set lessons to class sizes of up to 30 students as part of the overall role.
• Working across multiple schools and days as required.

Requirements

• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong classroom management.
• A formal qualification such as a British Bachelor or Masters Degree is essential, although previous experience in a classroom environment would also be considered.
• You will be happy to undertake various days cover within different schools throughout the week.
• A passion for teaching and education.
• Have a creative approach to teaching.
• Be flexible and adaptable.
• Passion for supporting students in their learning.
