Salary: £90 £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
  • Deliver lesson plans provided by teaching staff

  • Support students with their learning where appropriate. Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times
Requirements

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C or equivalent); Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage behaviour confidently and calmly

Previous experience working with young people (desirable); Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
