Cover Supervisor – Gloucestershire

Looking to step into the classroom and get hands-on experience before pursuing a career in teaching? This could be your perfect first step.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic graduates across Gloucestershire to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools. If you’ve got a degree, confidence, and a genuine interest in education, we’ll help you gain the classroom experience schools love to see.

What you’ll be doing:

• Stepping into classrooms when teachers are away
• Delivering pre-prepared work and keeping lessons on track
• Building positive relationships with students
• Getting a real feel for school life without the marking load

What you’ll need:

• A degree in any subject (education background not essential)
• Great communication and confidence in front of groups
• Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude
