Smile Education is partnering with a leading secondary school in West Bromwich to welcome a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to their team starting November 2025. If you're passionate about supporting students' learning and want to make a real difference in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. Your role is to maintain a focused and positive learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain on task. You’ll work across a variety of subjects, making this a great opportunity to build experience and develop your classroom confidence.
