Job summary

A leading educational services provider in Chester is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to support students and maintain classroom discipline. This temporary position offers £105 - £110 per day, with hours from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates should have prior experience in a secondary school and strong organizational skills.

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Core Education are currently working with schools in the Chester area, who have requirements for a Cover Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Taking attendance registers
• Maintaining classroom discipline
• Supervising students, ensuring the students remain engaged and focused on pre-prepared work
• Support learning and provide guidance and support to students

Qualifications

• Confident in tailoring lesson delivery to accommodate students
• Previous experience working within a secondary school setting as a Cover Supervisor
• Qualification within an Education is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The successful Cover Supervisor will need an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
