Overview

Are you a Cover Supervisor based in or near Chelmsford with experience covering Secondary classes?

Are your behaviour management skills strong, and are you able to engage a class and build relationships with young people?

We work with an excellent Secondary School in Chelmsford who prefer non qualified Cover Supervisors to cover the absence of their Teachers.

Role and responsibilities

The General Cover role requires you to cover any class and any lesson, ensuring students are well-behaved and focused on the work left for them. You aren\'t expected to be an expert in any particular subject, but you must bring order, purpose and calmness to the classroom.
