Job summary

A leading packaging company in Northampton is seeking a Counterbalance Driver to join their team. The role involves moving stock around the warehouse, operating a forklift truck, and loading/unloading lorries. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Counterbalance Forklift License and have previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers a competitive pay rate with shifts rotating weekly. After 12 successful weeks, there is potential for a permanent contract.

Job Overview

Counterbalance Driver Wanted! Join our team at a leading packaging company in Corby (NN17). This role involves moving stock around the warehouse, picking stock using a forklift truck, and loading/unloading lorries, moving material to and from conveyors.

Shift & Pay

• Shift: Monday‑Friday 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm (weekly rotating)
• Pay Rate: Days £12.50‑£14.18 (dependent on experience) +20% uplift on afternoon shift

• Load and unload lorries
• Move material to and from conveyors
