Counterbalance Driver - with experience

Pay: night - £14.40 per hour

mids - £13.57 per hour

Weekend bonus: £58.94/day

Freezer bonus: £11.79/day

Hot meal: £3.50 voucher/day

Working hours

• 22:00-06:00 - Monday to Friday
• 14:00 - 22:00 - Tuesday to Saturday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join one of our longstanding clients in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

• Operate counterbalance forklifts
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
• Keep work area tidy
• Ability to work in all areas (Dry/Ambient, Chilled and Frozen) and jump from task to task at request
• Good communication skills
• General warehouse duties

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Counterbalance Certificate (out of house)
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or production setting
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and protocols
• Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
