Overview

Are you a Corporate Partner looking to join a top-ranked, L500, Corporate department and work alongside directory-recognised colleagues?

This is a unique opportunity for a Partner to join a dynamic Glasgow office, driving complex corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements while shaping the future growth of the practice.

If you are looking to further develop your career within a firm that is highly respected and deals with some of the most complex Corporate transactions in the UK, this is the role for you.

Role

As a Corporate Partner within this nationally recognised Corporate team, you will take a leadership role in delivering complex and high-value corporate transactions, primarily across Scotland and the wider UK.

You will lead key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Alongside this, you will be tasked with mentoring other members of your team and work hard to build a cohesive, high-performing team, in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Additionally, you will contribute significantly to business development and strategic planning, helping grow the practice locally and nationally.

This role requires a commercially astute leader who can combine excellent technical expertise with strong client management skills.

Your Experience
  • Have extensive experience in corporate law, ideally with a strong M&A focus.

  • Demonstrable success in developing and managing long-term client relationships.
