My client is a financial services organisation who are looking to bring on several Corporate Finance Analysts to join their business in the New Year.

You will join a busy, friendly and dynamic team using numbers and facts. They work with clients ranging from entrepreneurial business owners, private equity backed businesses, listed companies and large overseas groups. They advise on company sales, acquisitions, management buyouts, fundraising and also offer on-going strategic advice.

The successful candidate will be providing research, analysis and support to the teams delivering client advice. This will involve:

  • Industry research using both proprietary databases and open sources available via the internet
  • Analysis of company information to assess business performance and dynamics
  • Preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Preparation of information memoranda and other marketing materials
  • Marketing support activities
  • Must have a 2:1 or above in Accountancy & Finance, Maths, Economics or a numeric based degree
  • Competent IT skills especially on Excel including using a wide range of functions and formulas, creating pivot tables
  • Interpersonal skills are key to building necessary relationships within this role
  • Detail orientation and structured thinking
  • Strong multi-tasking ability with ability to exceed deadlines
