Job description

This role requires a motivated and ambitious lawyer to work within the Corporate team who gain meaningful experience in respect of all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions work, including share and asset sales, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements as well as general corporate advisory work.

Candidates will work across the deal life-cycle, advising on preliminary agreements (non-disclosure agreements, exclusivity agreements and term sheets), conducting due diligence and disclosure exercises and be involved in drafting and negotiating key deal documents. As one of the largest law firms in the world and as a consequence the successful applicant will be involved in interacting with colleagues in London and internationally.

You will be granted autonomy and a high level of responsibility along with business development opportunities; all within a supportive framework in order to gain the experience to push for partnership.
