Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Core Subjects Tutor in Birmingham. You will deliver tailored tutoring sessions in Maths, English, and Science, supporting students from KS3 to KS4. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and prior tutoring or teaching experience. The role offers £25 - £35 per hour, negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (formal or informal) is beneficial.
• DBS check required or willingness to undergo a background check.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science (up to GCSE or equivalent)

Previous tutoring or teaching experience (formal or informal)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, punctual, and dependable
