Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity.
2. Demonstrating good technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
