Responsibilities

• Work on a substantial portfolio of new build transactions as recommended buyer's solicitors on major developments.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in residential property matters
• Proven experience in new build property transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with overseas buyer clients
