Overview

Conveyancing Paralegal — Spalding — £24,000 to £30,000

Responsibilities
  • Assist on all aspects of the conveyancing process from opening files to post-completion work
  • Work under supervision on residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and transfer deeds
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions run smoothly
  • Conduct and review property searches, handle exchange and completion formalities
  • Register properties with relevant authorities and deal with Stamp Duty requirements
  • Maintain accurate case management records and draft correspondence to keep clients informed
  • Support fee earners through the entire property transaction cycle
Requirements
  • Prior experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, working calmly under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client-focused mindset
