Due to continued success they are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You will be working within a collaborative environment supported by an experienced team and modern case management systems.
At least 12 months experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in property law. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience using conveyancing case management software (desirable).
