We are acting on behalf of a leading law firm looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in London, NW8.

As a modern, dynamic & diverse firm our client is passionate about peoples development.

The Role

The applicant would be expected to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish and have good IT skills to be able to use our clients management system. This will include conducting matters on behalf of clients and supporting fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues.

The Candidate
  • Good understanding of property law & the residential conveyancing process
  • Experienced licenced conveyancer/ solicitor with 3 years minimum PQE
  • Excellent business development skills;
  • Driven and highly motivated individual with positive outlook;
  • Able to work independently whilst also being a team player;
  • Capable of delivering excellent client care;
  • Friendly and caring attitude.
  • Good understanding & experience of freehold & leasehold
  • Understanding & experience of BSA is desirable but not essential
