A leading insulation company in Charnwood is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee projects and contracts within the Insulation Division. The role involves regular site visits across the UK and requires strong interpersonal skills, a driving license, and experience in insulation work. The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 P/A and various benefits including a company vehicle and pension scheme.

We are offering a salary of up to £60,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop, pension scheme available.
We are looking to strengthen the Insulation team by recruiting a highly motivated and commercially driven Contracts Manager to support our Midlands based operation. Responsible for contracts and projects within the Insulation Division, you will manage the delivery to the highest standards, in accordance with specified service level agreements. This will require regular site visits across the UK to manage staff and resources. Understanding of pipework, ductwork and insulation installation is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required as this is a client-facing role involving meetings on a regular basis. In addition to managing existing contracts, the successful candidate will be expected to expand the division by sourcing new work from new clients.
