My client is a well-established flooring contractor in the Northwest and members of the CFA Contract Flooring Association. they offer all types of flooring and wall cladding services to end users and main contractors throughout a range of commercial sectors.
We are looking to strengthen our team by the addition of an experienced Contracts Manager. Based in Chorley, with Client sites mainly in the Northwest region, however nationwide on occasion, the right candidate will be able to join our existing team and contribute to our continued growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, negotiating terms and conditions, and mitigating risk. The role also involves coordination with various stakeholders, monitoring contract performance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
