Join us as our Contract Manager, for our customer Cormar. You’ll be reporting into our Network General Manager and within this senior leadership opportunity, you will take full ownership of the Cormar contract and drive outstanding operational performance.
You will lead from the front, championing GXO’s safety vision while embedding the right behaviours, accountability and performance culture across the operation. With full responsibility for delivering operational and financial KPIs, you will inspire, develop and engage your team to create a positive, high‑performing workplace and an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full time (40 hours per week), permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday. Core location being Hemel Hempstead, with national travel to outbases.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£70,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a car allowance package to the value of £6,000 PA, a discretionary annual bonus of a max 15%, private medical insurance, a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
