Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office and housing/repairs management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Social Housing maintenance team.

Contract Administrator – Social Housing

Location: Erith
Salary: Up to £29,000
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an organised and proactive Contract Admin professional to join a leading Social Housing provider based in Erith. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong administrative and coordination skills, and enjoys supporting operational teams delivering essential housing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and contract support to the Social Housing maintenance team
  • Assist with scheduling repairs, maintenance works, and property visits
  • Manage work orders, update systems, and ensure all tasks are accurately logged
  • Liaise with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Produce reports, maintain compliance and H&S documentation, and support financial processes (POs, invoices, WIP tracking)
  • Assist with contract documentation, audits, and performance reporting against KPIs
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a Contract Support / Maintenance Administrator / Repairs Coordinator role within Social Housing (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and housing/repairs management systems (e.g., Northgate, DRS, Orchard, Civica)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
