Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is looking for Continuing Healthcare Nurses for remote roles in assessments and reviews. Positions include CHC assessment, DoLS work, and PHB guidance. Candidates must have relevant experience and be able to conduct occasional face-to-face assessments in the South West of England. The contract is temporary until December 2025, with working hours predominantly Monday to Friday.

Overview

Job Title - Continuing Healthcare Nurses Needed ! We are looking for Continuing Healthcare Nurses for the below requirements:

Available Roles

• 3 x Band 6 - CHC Assessment and Review work
• 1 x Band 6 - DoLS work
• 1 x Band 6 - PHB work

Role Requirements

• CHC roles: Must be competent in carrying out CHC assessments and reviews.
• DoLS role: Must have experience completing community DoLS and be competent in MCA.
• PHB role: Must have experience in developing Care and Support Plans and knowledge of PHB guidance.

Location and Contract

Location: Remote working (occasional face-to-face assessments may be required). Contract Type: Temporary (ASAP start - 31 December 2025). Hours: Predominantly Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (some flexibility may be required).

Additional Information

• Work will primarily be remote, with the possibility of occasional face-to-face assessments if identified as necessary.
• The ICB will aim to minimise the need for on-site work.
