Key responsibilities include managing contentious probate cases such as disputes over wills, inheritance claims, capacity or undue influence challenges, executor disputes, and trust litigation. The role involves collaborating with the Head of Department on strategic planning, supporting team growth, mentoring junior solicitors, and maintaining client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and intermediaries.
