A leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist based in Ashton-under-Lyne. The role involves providing high-quality mental health care for adults suffering from severe conditions, working closely with community mental health teams. Applicants should hold an MB BS or equivalent medical qualification, be fully registered with the GMC, and possess excellent communication skills. This permanent position offers a salary of £109,725 to £145,478 per annum, pro rata, within the NHS pay scheme.

To provide high-quality Mental Health Care for working aged adults with severe and enduring mental health problems both inpatient and outpatients. To work closely with North CMHT to ensure coherent and high-quality mental health care.
To work with the other Consultants to support the development of the service, and to attend local and divisional service development meetings.
