Sacco Mann are looking for a talented and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic Construction team in Stamford.

The successful candidate will primarily handle a diverse range of complex construction and engineering disputes, providing expert advice to clients across the entire construction industry spectrum, including employers, contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors. The role will involve managing disputes that encompass technical challenges arising from both commercial and residential developments. You will gain exposure to various dispute resolution methods such as adjudication, mediation, and litigation, including proceedings in the TCC. Additionally, you may assist with drafting building contracts, consultant appointments, and reviewing construction documentation. The candidate must be confident, proactive, well-structured, and capable of working under pressure within tight deadlines, all while delivering excellent client care and satisfaction.
