Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, focusing on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands, and you must have experience working on construction projects in the retail sector.

Requirements include occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS, proficiency in AutoCAD to read and amend plans, with BIM knowledge as a bonus.

You must have strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish.

The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation will be covered when working on-site on large, ongoing projects.
