Job summary

A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-value residential projects. You will manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in the housing sector, relevant certifications, and a CSCS card. This role is freelance and outside IR35, located in Redditch, England.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing construction projects in the residential sector.
• Valid CITB, SMSTS, NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
• Possession of a CSCS card is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed safely and on time.
• Manage planning, organizing, and construction processes from initiation to completion.
