What the role offers

• An 18-month Graduate Construction Pathway designed to give you hands-on exposure across key areas of the business: Construction → Health & Safety → Technical → Development → Commercial → Customer Service → Construction.

• You’ll start and finish in the Construction team, rotating through departments to become a well-rounded construction professional.

• Opportunity to transition into a permanent Build team role upon completion of rotations.

• Likely based at a site near Swindon (within one hour of the regional office), but project-site allocation may vary.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant degree (2:2 or above).

• A valid UK driving licence, because travel between sites may occasionally be required.

• A genuine passion for construction, teamwork, problem-solving and eagerness to learn across multiple disciplines.
