Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Ruislip for a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Designer. The CAD Designer will create detailed technical and construction drawings, translating design concepts into accurate and precise plans. Responsibilities include applying design engineering principles, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional results. The role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of both traditional and modern joinery design techniques.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Design Engineering principles
  • Competence in Technical Drawing and Drawing skills for detailed and accurate drafting
  • Experience creating Construction Drawings for manufacturing and installation purposes
  • Strong understanding of materials and knowledge of sustainable design practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret design concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Engineering, or related fields
