Gensler's London office is seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead our document control and compliance operations. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust document management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing quality control processes across multiple projects. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director.
You will have extensive experience in document control and compliance management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of implementing and managing document control systems across large-scale projects. Your expertise in Middle Eastern construction regulations and documentation requirements will be essential.
A strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, you will lead a team of document controllers while working closely with project teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure complete compliance and documentation excellence.
