Overview

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support individuals with a variety of complex health needs within their own homes across Bristol.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Support clients with daily personal hygiene routines including washing, dressing, and grooming, always ensuring respect and dignity.
  • Health Support: Assist with medication, mobility, condition monitoring, and the use of specialist medical equipment as required.
  • Complex Needs: Provide tailored care for individuals with conditions such as neurological disorders, dementia, physical disabilities, and chronic illnesses.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and encourage positive mental wellbeing and engagement.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Help with tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties, and grocery shopping.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and clear care records, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals.
