We have a fantastic opportunity for a Company Doctor to join our in-house Occupational Health Department at JCB. This full-time role is central to supporting the health, wellbeing, and productivity of our workforce. You’ll work closely with Management, HR, and Health & Safety teams to ensure our people remain fit, healthy, and supported throughout their careers at JCB.

As Company Doctor, you’ll carry out a wide range of medical and occupational health assessments, offering expert advice and support across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs. If shortlisted, you’ll speak to one of our Recruiters to discuss the role further. Our interview process usually consists of an initial team interview followed by an in-person interview.
