A community health service provider in Erith is seeking a professional to join their Smokefree Team. The role involves delivering tobacco dependence treatment and supporting patients to quit smoking. We welcome applications for the Smokefree Team at South London and Maudsley. The advertised role is based at The Pier Road Project, a community drug and alcohol advice and treatment service for adults living in the London Borough of Bexley. This role provides a development opportunity to support people accessing treatment via The Pier Road Project who are tobacco dependent to cut down and quit smoking. This is a new service, and there is scope for the successful candidate to shape and inform how to provide the best route to care for people that are referred.
