A leading health services trust in Bracknell seeks a Community Staff Nurse to join its nursing team. You will assess and treat patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality care for various health needs. Candidates must hold a valid NMC PIN and have access to a vehicle. An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Community Staff Nurse to join the Bracknell Community Nursing Team.
Within the community we are seeing more complex and acute patients than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff. Working within our Community Nursing Team you will support, assess, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, delivering high quality, evidence based practice. You will have passion and enthusiasm to care for patients in their own homes. We are a friendly and supportive team, looking for highly motivated RNs who demonstrate a passion for delivering care to the community. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the local community receive the highest quality of care in their own homes. As a Community Nurse, no day is the same and you will be met with patients of varied needs, from wound care to end of life care.
Please note you must currently be in the UK with access to a car for work purposes to be eligible for this role.
