Job description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients' team of Community Carers. You will provide essential support to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life.

Package
  • Competitive salary: £31,240 per annum for full-time (40 hours) or £12,100 for part-time (16 hours)

  • Comprehensive training and support to achieve Care Certificate, NVQ qualifications, and progress to management

Duties
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing companionship and support
  • Helping with medication administration (training provided)
  • Accompanying clients on appointments, outings, and shopping trips
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Requirements

  • Flexibility to work shifts (7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm) and alternate weekends
