Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and conscientious individual, with strong organisational skills to join our team and provide high quality administrative support. You will be based between two of our services: our new Community Resource Centre in Netherley and our well established Respite service in West Derby. Working hours will be split between both services.

Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for our local services.
  • Assist with all administration duties including note-taking at meetings and booking training for staff.
  • Work in partnership with the local Business Support Manager and support maintenance of the training matrix, development plans for our services and supporting service compliance to ensure excellence.
  • Collaborate with departments based at Head Office, including the Finance team.
  • Produce and analyse reports and contribute to ongoing local compliance.
  • Provide creative strategies and solutions to continually improve management information.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Can-do approach, positive attitude, and ability to work on own initiative to prioritise workload against conflicting deadlines.
  • Team-player with excellent planning skills and flexible working ability.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
