A leading healthcare provider in London seeks an experienced Communications Lead to enhance internal communications and caregiver engagement. This full-time role involves collaboration across departments, overseeing internal channels, and driving impactful campaigns. Dual reporting to Marketing and Human Resources the Communications Lead will drive and coordinate a wide range of communications activities to enhance engagement support organisational priorities and strengthen Cleveland Clinic Londons brand and reputation. This role will primarily focus on internal communications supporting on external communications as required.
The postholder will implement a best-practice approach to communications manage internal channels and delivering impactful campaigns that build momentum and shape meaningful caregiver experiences. They will have excellent writing and editing skills and a strong understanding and experience in internal communications. This includes planning execution and implementation of best practices and demonstration of a flexible approach to their role that reflects the changing needs of a fast-paced environment. The role will include working with the London President and the Executive Team to drive internal communication activities through a range of channels.
