A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to support a major nuclear project. The role requires proven experience in nuclear standards, with responsibilities including managing commissioning tests and ensuring safety. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility within a 40-hour work week.

The Opportunity: An opportunity is available for a highly experienced Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to support a major nuclear project. The successful candidate will be based in West Cumbria, working 40 hours per week, with hybrid options available.
The role will support the Commissioning Capability team in all aspects of Mechanical Commissioning from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will preferably have existing knowledge and experience in nuclear standards and processes.
The role will be mainly office based with trips to site if required. A safety induction will be provided.
