Qualifications

  • Expertise in any of the following is highly desirable: potatoes, sugar beets, fruit, horticulture.
  • Experience of working with Buying groups would be desirable.
  • Ideally BASIS qualified (Crop Protection) but not a prerequisite.

Overview

As a member of a highly motivated Sales Team, and in liaison with other departments, you will set the standard in the delivery of technical and commercial support to all key influencers in your area. Your role will be pivotal in the continuation of our market share growth and meeting challenging sales objectives. To be successful, you will require drive, commitment and initiative. You'll need to understand customer needs and challenges and work within your team to link them to sales offering and demand generation. You will provide technical sales support to distributors, consultants, processors and farmers, as well as organise trials demonstrations, provide proactive product stewardship and feedback market information to the business.
