A well-established, multi-service law firm in North Yorkshire is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its reputable team. The firm is known for delivering top-tier legal services across a wide range of practice areas and offering long-term career opportunities.

The Role:

  • You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Some residential property work may also form part of your caseload.
  • Clients include SMEs, property developers, landlords, and investors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial and residential property law.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong client care, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
